Brenda’s acting experience began in her youth playing in a Bye, Bye Birdie performance and years of church singing. She has enjoyed the LLT stage as a cast member with 2 musicals, The Man of La Mancha and the Musical of Musicals.  Brenda has enjoyed being part of the LLT Spring Shorts the last 2 years running both as an actor and then as a director and now her first radio show.

D’Eon is a writer who lives in Nelson, British Columbia, Canada. His writing pursuits have been forged largely in the fires of live theatre where, for thirty years, he has participated as an actor, director and playwright. Four of his stage plays have been produced locally and one in St. John’s, Newfoundland. During the last two decades, Brian has also produced more than a dozen original radio dramas plus radio adaptations of famous classical scripts like Oedipus Rex and MacbethOf all possible theatrical endeavours, Brian thinks radio drama is the most fun.
 
In recent years Brian has focused his attention on fiction. His short stories and poetry can be found in a variety of publications. Three of his longer works are available through various online distributors: Big Ledge: the Triumphs and Tribulations of Robert E. Sproule (Home Star Press), his novella, Eta Carinae (Vagabondage Press)and most recently his collection of short stories, Loose Ends (Wipf and Stock).

This is Moira’s first ever radio play but she has been a regular on Nanaimo stages. Last seen as Lady Augusta Bracknell in Yellow Point Dramas production of The Importance of Being Ernest in the Fall of 2019. She is having a blast with the Radio Plays and “playing” with her friends again!

After this lengthy theatre-free season, Greg is happy to be involved in two of LLT’s radio plays. His last involvement with theatre was in the Covid-shortened production of Kiss the Moon, Kiss the Sun.  He has been active in the theatre community, both backstage and onstage, for several years. He would like to thank everyone who has worked so hard to get these radio plays produced.

Ann has been an active member in community theatre both on and off the stage for 30+ years. Most recent credits include NTG’s Lend Me A Tenor (hair/acting), LLT’s Savannah Sipping Society (hair/acting), NTG’s Diary of Anne Frank (hair design). It’s always an honour to participate amongst such talent and energy.

Bruce has appeared in several LLT productions, most recently as Norman in The Gentleman Clothier.  He has had a blast working with the entire cast and crew of Triple, Triple and hopes the audience has as much fun listening to it.
