As a condition of membership in the Ladysmith Little Theatre Society
(abbreviated as LLTS) and consequently, whenever engaged in LLTS
activities, I agree to abide by the following terms:

• I will treat others with dignity and respect.

• I will avoid exhibiting behaviours physically, verbally, or in writing
  (including email and social media) that could be considered as degrading,
  discriminatory, exclusive or harassing.

• I will respect the privacy of others when they are changing backstage or in
  dressing rooms.

• When working with children, youth and other vulnerable individuals, I will
  always work in an open environment, maintaining safe and appropriate
  boundaries.

• I will refrain from possessing and/or consuming alcohol or other
  intoxicants while participating in LLTS productions or rehearsals.

• When involved in a production, I will attend when required and be on time.

• When involved in a production, I will never play pranks on other members
  during performances.

• I will ensure that LLTS remains scent-free.

• I will treat LLTS property and facilities with care.

• I will act in a way that promotes the LLTS’s welfare, image, reputation and
  good standing in the community.

• I will avoid perceived and actual conflicts of interest. If I find myself in a
  conflict of interest, I will self-declare.

• If I receive confidential LLTS information, I will keep that information
  confidential and will not use that information to further my own private
  interests or the interests of my friends and/or relatives.

• I agree that LLTS’s intellectual property remains the property of LLTS and I
  will not use it for my own personal benefit or the personal benefit of my
  friends and/or relatives.
